Delete your account

You can delete your Antsistant account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Antsistant on your phone or at app.antsistant.co.uk and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Plan and account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Only the business owner can delete the account. Staff should ask the owner to remove them.

Can’t get into the app?
Email hello@antsistant.co.uk from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your account, business details, customers, bookings, quotes, invoices, photos, certificates and staff sign-ins. Customer pages stop working straight away.

How long it takes

Your data is removed within 30 days. Backups clear within a further 90 days. We keep our own billing records for your subscription for 6 years, because HMRC requires it.

Before you go

You may need to keep your own invoices for 6 years for tax, so export anything you need first. If you have a subscription through Apple or Google, cancel it in your app store as well.
